I moved homes and let them know a month in advance to switch my internet, come end of the month they billed me for my old and new address. all they did was add another service, now I had to cancel the previous address and worse is they told me that next month I have to pay for both addresses again since I have to give a month notice, (which I already did). they are lying *****ing ********, worst ISP I ever dealt with
