I cancelled my order on the 8th of april you told me my refund has been processed on the 10th of april and kept giving me false information with failed promises even sending me confirmation emails stating FUNDS HAS BEEN PROCESSED into my bank account! telling me to keep checking my bank account huh what a **** of a place are you?? you taking food out of my childrens mouths what bull **** is this!!!???? I spoke to an agent finally today on the 17.04.2024 just to let me know my refund has only been requested today with a new timescale! I seek immediate urgency on this matter with your finance team webafrica you are disgusting! Sies shame on you!!
