I have the worse experience must say pathetic service provider webafrica.. paying a R250 to deliver my router upfront them R691 before using the wifi an done there installers came out my wifi has still not been set up o have put through request upon complaints on a stupid whatsapp for w whole week from the 30 Sep up till today I have paid and Cannot use my wife. I'm signed to a 50mph which should be super fast and allowing me access buy I have no access as i. Restricted ..

I'm frustrated cause I work from home and I can't use a service that I'm paying for since Monday I'm on R400 data that I bought .. I have proof that I logged complaints and apparently they arrange someone to call me and up till date no1 contacted me so.

I demand my money refunded back to me and would want to use a service provide that will give me the service I need.. I stayed in a township before and was using vumatel paying R380 a month and not once had a problem on a 20mph line .
