Webafrica are on fast track to go out of business due to shocking customer service
They make zero effort to actually help a customer. Answer the WhatsApp line but they have no real contact with their provider (eg Openserve). Zero actual human contact. Web Africa don't deserve to be in business Webafrica don't

We understand how frustrating it is to feel unheard and unsupported, especially when you are trying to get assistance and progress on your service. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
Your installation has been escalated, and urgency has been requested to move things forward. The Provisioning Team has also been notified of the priority on your order and is actively engaging with the network provider to push for the installation to take place as soon as possible.
Your feedback will be shared with our Service Quality Team to review the experience and improve communication and support across our channels.
Please feel free to continue engaging with us via direct message on Hello Peter if require any further assistance.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
