WebAfrica are ****mers

I'd like to express how pathetic this company is as well as their service, I accidentally made a payment to someone else's account, as opposed to mine this was on the 23rd June. I sent all the required documents, bank statement to proof I made the payment. However to date it's still a mystery, their consultants are pathetic and have zero knowledge. Each person telling me something different. From waiting 48 hours to now 15 days, while my line is still not active because of their lack of professionalism, and disguisting service.
