Webafrica are horrific!

I am paying R969 PM for a 40/20 Fibre Line. Since installation I have only managed to achieve 30/20 at the most. I now have to pay R969 for a slower line than asked for and received.

The support team only sends you a user manual on how to ser up my router. I studied IT, I know how to set up a router and even did as asked but still am not getting what I am paying for!

The sales team was fantastic. I suppose they have to he in order to sell a product that does not work!

Your technical and support team is horrific as they will not escalate the issue to ensure I receive my lines full potential.

The issue lyes with webafrica, not my router nor setup!

Disgusting! Do not make use of Webafrica as your ISP!
