Worst service providers in the industry and are nothing more than a gang of ********* who will ****** every last bit out of you.

Earlier in the year had an issue with my account being billed double as another ********* had somehow obtained my information and used it with web Africa to fund their own account. It took months of attempts through whatsapp to sort out the problem and get my money refunded.

I tried to cancel in August and their staff purposefully mislead me to not do so, even stating that agents could not process cancelation requests. I tried again today and now they suddenly can but now they decide to mention that there are "claw back fees" and "connection fees" which was never advertised anywhere when signing up.

This company is solely focused on ******ing their clients as much as they possibly can and will do anything to stop you from canceling once you are in it and God forbid they owe you a refund
