WEBAFRICA ARE ******* AND NO SUPPORT!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

Where do I start!

1: They still owe my R499 for my previous connection which was almost two years ago, which they’ve agreed they owe me and still haven’t paid me! 2: Two years later I requested I new connection at my new place. Firstly the agent on their useless WhatsApp support line says I need to pay R1000 for a new router that I already returned two years ago! I went on to social media and the person confirmed that the old router was returned(how does the support agent not have this information) They’re a bunch of *******! 3: The activation fee of R250(+-) was confirmed that it’ll come off my credit balance that I have. The next day it was debited from my account. 4: Eventually the router arrived as I couldn’t get out of the contract to go with another ISP, I would have had to pay the penalty. I ordered a 250mbps line, the speeds I’m getting is 10% of that and NOBODY can help me sort it out! Yet I’ll still have to pay for that subscription. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE AND USELESS ISP! After two years and nothing has changed!
