This company has the worst customer service, both telephonically and on WhatsApp I have ever experienced. They are incorrectly debiting customers accounts and fail to give an adequate or justifiable explanation. They have shifted the blame to different departments including banks. I’ve requested to multiple call backs but never received any. On top of that, their WiFi /Fibre is not worth a second thought. 10/10 the worst company in their respected industry.
