Biggest bunch of ****ing ****'s, I don't ever recommend anyone from ever joining these *********** clowns, customer service is an absolute joke, none of them knw what's going on, you can't even contact them telephonically. I'm waiting for a refund since Nomber 2023 after sending POP numerous time they still can't locate my payment and say they can't give me a refund yet my POP clearly states webafrica and vumatel. I logged a complaint with the ISPA and they are going to deal with the matter.
