Webafrica are *******. I asked an agent over WhatsApp if I could suspend my account as I was going out of the country for a few months. I was told by the agent that this was fine and confirmed that the account was suspended. However, I all of a sudden had this bill, and when I asked about it, I was told they they do not suspend accounts, yet this was not told to me. Whenever I provide proof of the conversation, Webafrica ignores all emails and instead sends debt collectors after me. This issue has still not been resolved, and I have heard no apology or information from Webafrica, only the debt collectors. Incorrect information given to me is NOT my problem.
