Webafrica Application - Possible Failure?

I am in my 2nd week of waiting for my Telkom LTE simcard to be delivered. For the past 3 days, the courier indicated that they would delivery the same day - yet nothing. When I enquire on Webafrica support site - Whatsapp - Whomever attends to my enquiry, just tracks the courier service as I do myself, and that is it. Also, Webafrica support via Whatsapp is very broad and evasive when answering questions. I suppose they want one's money, and do not want to bind themselves in any way by giving straight answers.
