Webafrica and Zoom simply pathetic

Webafrica and Zoom are my service providers for fibre. Webafrica and zoom are a dangerous combibation of poor service providers. They are not responsive and its a waste to email as automated responses are provided by them. You then get messages that the issue is solved and case closed and you have to start all over again as the problem was never resolved. . I am without fibre for a week now and looks like it will be so for the week end.
