Webafrica and Zoom are useless

Webafrica and zoom are a dangerous combibation of poor service of fibre providers. They arr not responsive and its a waste to email as automated responses are provided. You then get messages that issue is solved and case closed and you have to start all over again. I am without fibre for a week now.
