Webafrica and vumatel - your customer service is a joke

Stories and excuses and escalations and simply clueless! Responses on your customer service chat is appalling, count yourself lucky if they ask for your verification details and when you provide it (which you must do every time a new agent feels like responding, sometimes 24 hours later if you are lucky). Once you provide your verification detail you get the same computer generated ******* - have not received a response from vumatel, matter has been escelated to management. Once the 72 hour excuse has lapsed, you simply get ignored. If you ant provide a service, don't make promises because you can't even activate a line, let alone all the other promises you make.
