Webafrica and Vumatel - Very Poor Service!!!

Is been 3 weeks waiting for installation and activation, your whatsapp platform is ***********, you wait long for a response, you have to start your issue from scratch, you allocated to different peope, no feedback about the request, i've never experience such frustration in my life!!! You dont care about your customers..Bad customer service ever!!!
