Webafrica and Vumatel - terrible service with internet down for hours

I have been without internet from app 11am today. I requested connection on Whatsapp with an agent since 12. All the normal connection issues such as putting the equipment off for >10 minutes and rebooting everything has been done with no results. It is now after 2pm and I am still waiting for an agent to contact me on Whatsapp. There is no other way to obtain assistance or log a complaint!
