WebAfrica and Vumatel Reach - Pathetic Service

Signed up with WebAfica for the Vuma Reach Package. Network was perfect for the first 2 weeks and thereafter no network since the past 2 weeks. I have paid for a full month and you were quick to take more money "prorata" for the month of December but you are unable to provide me with a service. How is this treating your customer fairly when you could not fulfill your part of the contract ? Your watsapp service is extremely useless and your agents are a waste of my time. I would not recommend you to anyone.
