Webafrica and vumatel is useless

I moved to a new address,cancelled service at old address,requested for service at new address,I was charged twice already,but no service has been granted... Issue this side is,that the previous tenants removed the router and cable is also damaged... I explained all of this and still nobody pitched to resolve the issue but I was charged twice already for no service,it's been almost two months now... Chatting to agents on what's app is also very useless,cos most of them is *********** with assisting anyways... Apparently this issue was escalated to vumatel,but I still haven't heard from vumatel,nor webafrica...
