Webafrica And Vumatel failure

Good Day ,

For a week now my Fibre line has been down and has been an inconvenience to me as I work from home. Everyday for the past week I have contacted webafrica regarding an update and still my Fibre is not sorted. I have even asked to be called by management which also has not occurred. All I receive is generic emails telling me someone will keep me updated but none of this has happened as yet. WEBAFRICA AND VUMATEL has a pathetic service model and their support is pointless as u get no help.
