Webafrica and Vumatel are the absolute worst!!!!

The worst most useless service provider ever!!!!!! 3 days with zero internet service for no reason and I can only talk to a bot on whatsapp. With the best response being- We've logged a fault!!! Absolutely canceling my subscription and willing to pay the early cancelation fee. I work from home so this lack of service with no communication, auto-generated emails that give no info on what the issue is or what the ETR is, is just unacceptable.
