Webafrica, and Vumatel - an unending loop with no end in sight

It pains me to complain at all, but with regards to these companies involved, Webafrica, and Vumatel - my situation is an unending loop with no end in sight. And more importantly, no decent communication. It has been 4 weeks since I changed my physical address and between Webafrica's useless whatsapp customer support and Vumatel's hapless support staff, I have no resolve but plenty of the blame game for what should be a simple matter of activating my installation that already exists. Tell me, honestly, are there any helpful staff between these companies that can flip a simple switch to justify the R1400pm I spend with them? As a film producer, it is imperative that I have a decent internet connection, and business is suffering.
