Webafrica and Vumatel

I placed an order with Webafrica on the 1st of June 2024. 2 and half minths later I am still chatting to a bot on a whatsapp line. Between them and Vumatel I am back and forth over and over without any solution.

To date we have had to use mobile data to keep the house going and it has mounted to over R8000 in expenses.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this entity as they can not deliver the service they sell. Each time I contact them there is nothing they can do. Yet they are the one you have to place the order with.

I do not know which way to turn anymore. Any advise will help. I would like to take the matter furthur as this has really been a terrible experience.
