Webafrica and Vumas pathetic service

I am so disappointed with Vuma service and Webafrica, I have literally been trying to get assistance as I am having problems with my connectivity. One consultant confirmed that the new installation next door done by Vuma has caused interference to my WiFi and she will send technicians to try check it out and fix it. That was closed with no technician coming and I’m still not able to use the WiFi that I pay monthly for. I am on WhatsApp trying to speak to their inexperienced consultants who keep making me wait. One called Mogamad asked me if I want to activate my Vuma which has been active for 5 years now. One called Sesethu kept asking for me to give her a moment which she then decided to just transfer me without assisting me.. I am at my wits end with their service it’s disgusting actually
