WEBAFRICA and VUMA Worse than Goverment

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA OR VUMATEL - ai, i know you dont have a choice, because they were my only options. I have been struggling for more than a month to get Fibre installed at my residence. Webafrica recommended Vumatel, didnt submit order. After following up because no one contacted me, they realize order wasnt submitted. Finally Vuma contacts me, schedules a technician to come to the home. The day before they cancel Only the next week someone gets to us. They inform us there is an existing line to the house behind us, but they can add a second line and it will only take a day or two. They also inform me that there is an existing fully installed Openserve line inside our house, but we shouldn't go with them because they will take way too long to activate it and they will be much faster. Two days later after no one from VUMA contacting me for a second line install, i follow up and surprise, surprise VUMA didnt order the second line install. Fastforward two weeks of phone calls and follow ups, webafrica cancelling my original order, me having to rebook my order, i still have no internet. AND NOW because Webafrica submitted a new order, i am at the back of the line at Vumatel installation which they tell me can take another 2 weeks and im no longer eligible for the black friday price they originally booked me on. Also WEBAFRICA decides to deduct my account for a service i dont even have and a *****ulent transaction i didnt approve and they cant refund me MY money, they can only give me a credit on my account.
