Webafrica and VUMA fibre in Khayelitsha, Cape Town

This company in Cape Town is installing fibre, ****! Customer Service is non existant..I was told by the agent they only deal with sales and if you have a technical problem, you must talk to the robot via WhatsApp. The robot doesn't understand anything besides area outages. Otherwise you are on your own. I was using Edgetech wifi - it is far superior than the fibre we are getting from WEBAFRICA&VUMATEL - THEY ARE SO DISSAPOINTING!
