Webafrica and Vodacom just good with customer service

I had a complain about not having internet since the 19th of August with webafrica apparently they've logged a call with Vodacom technician and they closing it from they site so for now I just dont know if Vodacom is not services they client or webafrica but all I know both parties are benefiting on the transaction why are customers being treated as if they owe you while you owe us service that we paid for
