Webafrica and their ********/*****ulent deductions

We signed a 1 year contract with them, and been trying to cancel since February, they keep telling me consultant will contact me. Eventually we managed to speak to a consultant and we explained the reason for cancelling with them, but they still keep on deducting money every month. We are not using them, since there is no fibre available at our new residence.
