Webafrica and their so called tech support

What a struggle with this bunch, haven been having network drops for a few days now and initially got support from their Whatsapp Support group on 14 Nov but the issue didn't get resolved. I make contact with the next day and get an automated message stating there's an outage in the area and that they are working on it. Their website reports that there are no outages in my area? Since then, I have not received any support, no replies to messages, emails. Time to move to another service provider.
