Webafrica and their empty promises

We have started the process and account with Webafrica/Vumatel on the 1st of January 2024.

We have still not been activated. When we phone, Webafrica says it is Vumatel. When we phone Vumatel they say it's Webafrice. Today is the 8th. Webafrica promised to end the Technician AGAIN today but they never pitched up. I am so frustrated with this poor level of service received. I would not recommend them at all.
