Webafrica and their bot service is Useless !!!!!

My husband and I have had their modem and package from the 11th June and only browsed the net using this router and sim for probably 4 days!! As you can imagine the immense frustration of having to work from home and zoom calls and using the internet via your own data yet you have something that you pay for monthly!! We have logged and complained and called 100 times! We have reset... there’s always outage in our area ever since or MTN isn’t picking up the network. Your whatsaap bot people and their stupid responses. We want our money back and come collect your stupid router and sim that you can never locate. You are always asking for address and number but without fail debit money at the end of the month
