WebAfrica - ***** and Theft

Purchased an advertised fiber package that had confirmed area serviceability with Openserve.

After payment was made we were advised service is not available in our area - 15 August 2023.

Promised a refund within 10 business days. To date (20 September 2023) no contact from WebAfrica, no refund to date!!
