Webafrica and no wifi connectivity for 3 days without any feedback

I am a customer for the past 6 years. I recently had no WIFI connection. Made contact through the contact number that routed me to the WhatsApp chat. These agents couldn't solve my connectivity issue.

They told me they need to escalate my query to the developers - 1 day later I am still waiting.
