Webafrica and Mitsol Incompetence

Dear Webafrica and Mitsol

Well my story is very simple but also very frustrating

I app**** and paid for a 100mb up and 100mb download line so the line was installed but they only managed to supply a 65mb download and 45mb upload line

The one is blaming the other for the issue and expect me to sort it out ***

This is a service that I paid for yet you act like a bunch of clowns and due to you incompetence not being able to work together you are failing to supply me the client with a proper service

Please get your **** sorted out and fix my line speed

Also will you refunding me
