WebAfrica and Dawn Wing, worst service providers.

Still waiting for my router! Send with Dawn Wing, worst courier service in the world. No check up from WebAfrica to see if have taken delivery, if I am up and runnig,nothing. Have been waiting for over a week now. Service is terrible from both, Webafrica and Dawn Wing. But quick to deduct installation fees and first months connection fee, even though we haven't even started using it yet. Not even connectes yet and think of switching to another company!
