Webafrica agents useless

I have been a client by webafrica for +- 3 year now and this is the second time I have a problems by them first time I switched to fiber and they only help me after I reported the on this platform now yet again I back I have moved to a different house and moved my fiber to the new home. We agreed that they take the debit order off on the 1st of each month but then they tried to fors it through on 27th now my wifi is suspended I got to speak to them via webafrika WhatsApp support to assist with my wifi that is off after I had to go and do an online payment know every agent puts me to a new agent every single time if they did there work correctly the problem would never occured.
