WebAfrica - Again
After complaining on social media WebAfrica finally got in touch. We’ve been calling them for weeks, mostly not getting through; we have reported slow and no speed and they’ve indicated it may be necessary to send a technician. On Tuesday they again said they would send a technician and send us a reference – they did neither. Now no internet at all & they say it’s a Telkom problem. If they had listened weeks ago and sent a technician the problem might not have escalated into NO INTERNET. Reason for not getting through is high call volume. SO WEBAFRICA – IF YOU CAN’T COPE STOP TAKING ON NEW CUSTOMERS!! WebAfrica now needs to reimburse us for the periods of slow speed and for no connectivity as of today. You also need to pay for me using up my Vodacom data, for calls I would usually make by WhatsAp, for our Netflix subscription, and for the data we’ve bought to use with a ****le. My time also costs money so let’s put a price to that – I’ve spent hours on the phone, not least today when I almost fell asleep listening to the excuses, although I cannot fault the consultant’s personal approach, a charming young (I am assuming) man – if I had not been furious and frustrated I would have enjoyed our banter!
