WebAfrica aftersales pathetic !

I would like to recommend that Webafrica sets up a technical department on there whats app number.

Firstly, there is no option to go to for tech support ! Second, you get transferred on the what's app number which takes for ever, for example. I'm trying to set up my settings for my email since ive joined Webafrica two full moths ago... ive been waiting since 7:23am this morning - its now 09:06am = some 183 min.

This is not acceptable. I would like this comment to escalate beyond means !!!!
