. WEBAFRICA AFTER SALES SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

This internet service provider does not deserve even the 1star allocated, as their aftersales service sucks!!!! its amazing how one can call the number that is advertised and only get through to the sales department, every other department is slow to respond! this company takes Bot-service to the next level... which is ZERO Customer service. Yes i am a disgruntled client, as this is not the first time i have issues with #WEBAFRICA there human to human interaction is non - existent unless they want to make a sale. Had I had the opportunity to make of a different service provider i would MOST DEFINATELY. They seem to take advantage of the monopoly they run in my area.
