WebAfrica, after 21 Hours of waiting in WhatsApp Que for help I got Kicked out...

Webafrica was by far the best ISP till about 5 years ago, just relocated to a new house, tried to re apply for fibre, they were quick to take accept a new application, but after that there client service is SUPER bad. tried connecting to them via WhatsApp yesterday at 3pm, only got connected to a consultant at 12am today, i wasnt able to reply in 15 min and got kicked out of the whatsapp chat after waiting in a que for almost 24 hours. HOW RIDICULOUS.
