I would definitely not recommend anyone to render a service from WebAfrica. I ordered a service a month ago and I waited more than 2 weeks for them to delivery which they obviously did not. I then decided to cancel it as the waiting was absurd and nothing was communicated whatsoever ever! I demanded a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund, tried chatting with multiple agents but they are at no help. Truly pathetic customer service!
