WebAfrica Adding Services without consent

I pay the same amount for my internet every month, unless I receive notification of an increase etc. This month I happen to check and see Webafrica has added a service to my initial account that I never requested, for the past 2 month, A service I would have apparently needed to send a form to have this said service activated. No communication of any kind in the form of this service being added or my monthly premium being increased - nothing, Just a sneaky little added service that they are saying I can cancel, but will need to pay the last 2 months - I will not. Someone need to get in touch with me. How many other clients have they done this to?
