I Am soooooo fed up with these people. I have cancelled my web africa !!! Good day Kindly note that your Web Africa account has an overdue balance. Login to your client zone https://www.webafrica.co.za/clientarea.php [webafrica.co.za] - On the home screen please click on the “Pay Now” button which is visible in green under the amount showing as overdue - Next step is to click on the “Pay Now” button which will allow you to add your card details for payment now. Urgent payment is required in order to avoid your account from being handed over to our Legal Debtors Team which may potentially lead to default payment listing with the credit bureau. Part of the outstanding balance includes a router Clawback. As per our product terms and conditions [webafrica.co.za], you had to return the free-to-use router plus the power supply & yellow ethernet cable within 20 days of your service no longer being active but we are yet to receive your router. We would like to offer you the opportunity to return it. Should you not be able to return it, we can arrange collection at our own cost. The router clawback fee will be credited on receipt of the router (in working order and including the power supply and ethernet cable). This will reduce your outstanding balance, or completely clear it depending on the amount owing.
