Webafrica account shambles and heavy overcharges

<p>I have a number of websites that is hosted by Webafrica. Recently I was invoiced incorrectly for R342 for 6 days of hosting on 1 of my websites which was reversed after I had to hold on for more than an hour. Then yesterday my account was suspended. Apparently I was R19 in arrears!!! On investigation it was found that I was not R19 in arrears as the invoice was the second overcharge in 1 month. We received a call from England yesterday informing us that our website was suspended which was incredibly embarrassing and this morning we are still unable to download emails and probably suffering losses. My advice to all - check your webafrica accounts very carefully even more carefully than before.</p>
