Webafirca disappointed myself and my family in a sense where their sales department was not transparent , the sales agent we spoke to only spoke to us about the monthly installment and never mentioned the installation fee, we asked her on the call if there is any other cost involved the agent said there's no other fees besides the monthly fee, we asked them to listen to the call , it was listened to , they called us back saying that we are correct in saying the agent never mentioned the installation cost , but they wont waive the fee we will be liable for the R2000 owed, if we knew about that we were not going to take the product in the first place
