Webafrica – Absolutely Useless Service!

Moving house has turned into a nightmare because of Webafrica. I STILL don’t have WiFi and their so-called “support” is a joke. You can’t phone anyone, you’re forced to deal with them on WhatsApp, where the agents are completely useless and just copy-paste the same lines No one ever calls you back, no one gives feedback, and if you don’t chase them every single time, you’re just forgotten. How is this even acceptable for a service provider that people pay every month?

Honestly, Webafrica is the worst internet provider I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re considering them – DON’T. Save yourself the stress, because you’ll get zero help, zero service, and plenty of frustration.
