Webafrica - absolutely terrible service!

Logged this ticket last week - still no resolution and it has been more than 72 hours.

Webafrica's service is absolutely terrible, whatsapp chat service is not functional and extremely frustrating. I've written 2 HelloPeter reviews...and WebAfrica hasn't responded. I've also reached out on your LinkedIn page, and again no response from WebAfrica. How can a modern Internet service provider offer such poor service (both technical and customer support).
