Webafrica - Absolutely Shocking

I have been having intermittent connectivity issue for about half a frikking Year. You cannot get through to the call center , there is no helpdesk ticket system available to create a ticket, All they have now is whatsapp. I have used this and I am still waiting since the last ticket where I have made multiple replies and no one has bothered responding. I have trried multiple times via whatsapp since this morning only to be disconnected due to inactivity (even though I am waiting for their consultant to respond). They then close the ticket ***
