Webafrica ability way, way below acceptable norms. Don't touch!

I've been a customer for about 8 years - all “OK” service experiences. BUT In September last year it all changed. I have now given up trying to resolve issues with Webafrica ( there has been an on-going problem or two or ten for 7 months!) They respond to hellopeter's query and contact me and then nothing happens - I've tried twice on this website And sent over 100 emails plus about 8 hours on the phone listening their music. I really don't understand why I'm expected to fight to remain a customer. They are *********** in their Support Dept resolving problems, Accounts Dept can't get their sums right and I'm giving up. They owe me a credit, I got an email instructing me to resolve it and come back to them with answers (which I've supp**** with half-a-dozen times already)

I've had Fibre Optic installed and it should be operational in a couple of weeks and then I will make the change.

I've been in business for almost 50 years but NEVER come across this level of non-delivery! To anyone thinking of signing up with them - DON'T!!

I'll lay odds that you can't tell me what the enquiry is? All that happens is that 1) you open a ticket, then 2 days later you email to says it's been resolved without resolving anything. or 2) You email to ask about the problem and tell me that it will be resolved - gets no further or 3) you just ignore it. My last request was for an explanation of your last invoice and to show the credit that you owe me. I was told to sort it out myself and get back to you with the answer. That's your job! Still at a dead end. By the way, I'm still waiting on a response to an email in which (because I had fibre installed) it was ******* - I was all but called a *****. Out entire building was given free installation and you are on the list of recommended isp s (can't imagine why) but you know nothing about it! You still owe me R17 200.00, my December invoice for the time I sent trying to resolve my situation with your (dis) organisation! If I pay for service, I expect delivery - you can't deliver ...
