WebAfrica, a web of ****ers

I wish there was half a star.. They don't even deserve one star!! I signed up for a R549 package in mid December. I then get debited R851... With no communication... And apparently, according to the whatsapp robot that special is over and the normal price is R699...****** FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING. My account was debited for something I don't have... It's the 5th of January... I still have not recieved the router nor did I use any of thier services. INSTEAD I'm told that I'm billed for the PREVIOUS MONTH 😳... Which previous month?? Then the courier keeps on sending messages... One minute they are coming... The next minute they are not communing due to admin errors from Webafrica... 🙄 The only I have used is MY Airtime and Data for thier pathetic whatsapp line... Tota waste of my time. Useless service provider!! EXCELLENT ******** I'm still waiting for a call from them...
